TITLE IX NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION

SEX DISCRIMINATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

The district does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibit sex discrimination, including sex-based harassment, in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations. Sex discrimination includes discrimination on the basis of sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity. The district also prohibits retaliation against any student for filing a complaint or exercising any right granted under Title IX.

Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to the district’s Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both.
